Reading this book opened up whole new horizons for me both as a healer and a sincere seeker on the spiritual path. Dr. Edward Bach was an amazing man who has left us a priceless legacy. He explains that the healing of the mind and the emotions through the use of flower essences and a deeper connection to our Inner Guidance will also bring about healing on the physical level. Even though this book is only the tip of the iceberg in the study of flower remedy therapy, I highly recommend it as a foundation. I am now doing an in depth study of the books written by his student Mechthilde Scheffer ("Keys to the Soul", "Bach Flower Therapy", and "Bach Flowers for Crisis Care") who has taken Dr.
Bach's teachings to a much more profound level.

Love it. Makes choosing remedies much easier. I also appreciate the history behind this complementary healing method.
I did like this book and for someone who is interested in the Bach remedies , this is a good book to read and reference. But I would definitely use this book in conjunction with other books. But this is a good foundation book for the Bach flowers.
When I bought this book I was only looking for founding father Dr. Bach's works, so the third section written by E.J. Wheeler seemed superfluous to me. It seemed like yet another reference section like any other. I was wrong!

Since then I have discovered how very useful that section really is, particularly for self-diagnosis. As a professional practitioner, I almost always have an easier time diagnosing others because, of course, it is easier to see patterns when one is looking at them from the outside. The reference and cross-reference section written by E.J. Wheeler is based on "moods", with a short descriptive phrase attached to each flower possibly related to that mood. It is written by a person with a strong grasp of language, so this section is at once concise and rich. It gives new and deeper insights to the subtle textures and possible applications of each flower, and vice-versa, of possible flowers for a rich variety of "moods".

I strongly recommend this book for two reasons. It includes the essential works of Dr. Bach which should be read by anyone interested flower essences, and it continues to be very helpful for self-diagnosis and deeper understanding. I would not recommend it as the only book to own or to study from, but rather as an essential part of your reference section. To me this book has the works that a beginner needs to read, and then references to the deeper textures that an advanced practitioner or user can understand. It is not a user guide. For intermediate studies I would suggest searching for a user guide containing photos, multiple-page descriptions for each flower, and instructions for applications and preparation.

I am new to using Bach Remedies but have found them completely fascinating since I started reading and researching them. I literally spent hours online researching them before finally deciding to purchase this book. This book covers pretty much everything, way more than I found while researching online. I had purchased a bunch of remedies prior to getting this book and was so happy to see I had ordered the correct remedies. This book is a great resource to have if you plan on buying Bach flower remedies. I am happy to have it in my Library as a reference. I was weary about getting the version, but I have no complaints on this format.
This has helped me and my family a lot. These remedies are truly effective, and have changed my life for the better. This book educates us in how to heal from within. If you are cynical like I was, give it a go and see for yourself.
